Doctor’s Recommendations to Lower Blood Pressure in Just 5 Minutes, Without Medication

How to lower your blood pressure. Hypertension is a modern disease associated with stress, lack of sleep, obesity, salty foods, smoking, and excessive alcohol consumption. Everyone experiences moments of elevated blood pressure.
Under the influence of stress or excessive physical activity, muscles tense up, blood vessels constrict, and blood pressure rises. What should we do to bring the pressure back to normal? It is clear that the muscles need to relax. But how?
The doctor of the Moscow football club Spartak, Lu Huns, reveals some very useful tricks for quickly reducing blood pressure, as noted by Healthy Life Tricks. He presents two key points in achieving this treatment.
Points 1 and 2
The first point explained by Dr. Lu Huns for reducing hypertension is more of a line. It runs behind the earlobe to the middle of the collarbone. This line should not be pressed or massaged; it should be gently touched with an almost imperceptible hand movement from top to bottom, barely touching with the fingertips. This process is repeated 10 times on one side and 10 times on the other side.

Point 3
This is located on one side of the face at the earlobe, about half a centimeter away from the ear towards the nose. The point should be massaged with the fingertips for about one minute on each side of the face. Press firmly, but not on the point where you feel pain.
After this simple treatment, blood pressure will return to normal.
According to Dr. Lu Huns, what matters is the actual blood flow. Chinese medicine believes that the most important thing is adequate blood flow to the muscles and tissues. If there is stagnation of blood somewhere in the body, then the development of disease begins at that point. Conversely, if you ensure adequate blood flow, the body will be able to heal the disease quickly. That is why key massage points help in healing.
