Why and How to Properly Cleanse the Colon

Colon cleansing is a process that has been used throughout history to enhance the body’s natural detoxification processes, restore digestive health, and improve overall quality of life. The use of water to cleanse the tissues of the colon has been practiced since 1500 B.C. in ancient Egypt.
The ultimate goal of colon cleansing is to help the digestive organs function in the best possible way.

How to properly cleanse the colon
First of all, remember that the best way to detoxify and cleanse the colon is to eliminate harmful substances from your diet and consume natural, nutrient-rich foods. Packaged foods, fast foods, processed snacks, and artificial ingredients (high-fructose syrups, hydrogenated oils, harmful food colorings, MSG, or preservatives) all hinder the proper functioning of the digestive system and increase inflammation in the colon.

Recipes
1. Vegetable Juice
Ingredients:
2 celery stalks
2 carrots
2 medium stalks of parsley
3 sprigs of parsley
4 leaves of Romaine lettuce
1 beet
1 clove of garlic
Water (for consistency)
Preparation method:
Wash all the ingredients.
Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender with enough water so that the final mixture is smooth.
In general, this green juice should be consumed immediately after preparation, preferably before breakfast.
2. Green Apple Juice
Ingredients:
1 green apple
1 tablespoon of flax seeds
2 tablespoons of organic honey
1 cup of water
Preparation method:
Wash, peel the apple, and remove the seeds. Cut it into slices to facilitate processing and place it in the food processor.
Now add the flax seeds, honey, and water.
Process for a few minutes until you obtain a smooth mixture.
Drink this juice before bedtime. This habit will help cleanse your body of toxins.
