Remedies and Recipes for Stimulating Healthy Hair Growth

In general, hair grows only 1.5 cm per month, and that is if it is healthy and does not have split ends. We can encourage hair growth through a healthy diet and proper care.
A diet rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals is essential for healthy hair growth. Opt for foods rich in vitamins A, B, C, and E, iron, zinc, copper, magnesium, and selenium.
Hair Growth Encouragement Masks
Castor Oil
Castor oil is rich in fats and stimulates hair growth. You can use it alone by massaging your scalp with it, then covering your hair with a shower cap or towel and leaving the oil to work overnight. In the morning, wash your hair with shampoo and rinse well.
Herbal Teas Can Help Stimulate Hair Growth
Plants such as rosemary, nettle, burdock, horsetail, chamomile, and sage help with hair growth. Rosemary, in particular, is ideal for hair growth as it stimulates hair follicles.
Prepare an herbal infusion by adding these plants to hot water for 10-20 minutes. Strain and use the resulting tea (warm, not hot!) as a final rinse after shampooing. This infusion not only helps with hair growth but also detangles, adds shine, and makes hair softer and easier to style.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Although it may not seem like the best choice, your hair will be healthy and shiny if you provide it with an apple cider vinegar treatment. Our hair has a pH level between 3.5 (most acidic) and 5.5 (neutral), and commercial cosmetic products tend to affect the natural pH of the hair.
You will need about 200 ml of apple cider vinegar and 400 ml of water for rinsing after washing your hair. You can also add a few drops of essential oil to prevent your hair from smelling too strongly of vinegar. It is recommended to do this treatment at least twice a week, after which you can do it once or twice a month.

Egg and Olive Oil Mask
Mix one egg with five tablespoons of milk, two tablespoons of olive oil, and the juice of half a lemon. Apply this mask to your scalp and let it sit for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water and use your regular shampoo.
Egg and Grape Seed Oil Mask
Mix one egg with four tablespoons of grape seed oil and a few drops of lavender oil. Apply to hair and scalp, focusing on the scalp area for 2-3 minutes. Let it sit for half an hour. Rinse your hair with warm water and use your regular shampoo.
Onion and Honey Mask
Although it may seem strange, these ingredients are recommended in many treatments for hair growth. Onion is very healthy for hair, and honey is perfect for making a hair mask.
Put one onion in a blender, then strain the juice and add 1-2 teaspoons of honey. You can apply this mixture to all your hair or just in areas where it is thinning. Cover your hair with a towel and let this mixture work overnight. In the morning, wash your hair well with shampoo. This treatment should be applied at least once a week.
