Rose Water Recipe and Beauty Benefits

Rose water has cultural, religious, medical, and nutritional significance worldwide. Roses are considered one of the most fragrant and beautiful flowers, and many attributes have been assigned to them throughout history. 6 tablespoons of fresh rose petals
500 ml of water
Preparation method:
This rose water is prepared in the evening to be used the next day.
The petals are crushed very well.
The water is divided equally into two different containers. In the first container (with 250 ml of water), add 3 tablespoons of crushed petals and let it macerate overnight. The other 3 tablespoons of petals are infused in the remaining 250 ml of water for 20 minutes. Strain the water and mix it the next day with the other water, in which the petals have macerated (discard the petals from this).
It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
In ancient Greece and later in Europe, doctors used rose water for cases of mental disorders, heart diseases, and kidney issues. Lung diseases were treated with the smoke of dried petals, and tuberculosis patients were prescribed inhaling the scents of fresh roses.
