Among them is a simple and aromatic combination of rosemary, walnut leaves, and lavender, plants known for their effects on the nervous system and blood circulation.


Original Recipe from the Book

Herbal mixture (in equal parts):

  • Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) leaves

  • Walnut leaves (Juglans regia)

  • Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) flowers

Preparation:

  1. Mix the herbs in equal parts and store them in a glass jar with a lid.

  2. For one cup, use 1 tablespoon of the mixture with 250 ml of boiling water.

  3. Let it steep for 57 minutes, then strain.

Administration:

  • Drink 1 cup in the morning and, if needed, another one in the afternoon.

  • The treatment can be followed for 23 weeks, with a break of 7 days, then resumed if necessary.
