Recipe

  2. Add 500 ml of cold water and place it on low heat.

  4. Cover and let it infuse for another 10 minutes.
  5. Strain and consume 1 cup in the morning on an empty stomach for 7-10 days.

It can also be consumed warm, but should not be sweetened. The treatment should not be extended beyond 10 days without medical advice.
