On hot summer days, hydration should not only be a necessity but also a pleasure. One of the most refreshing natural drinks you can prepare at home is aromatic water with basil and lemon—a simple yet extremely effective combination to cool down and revitalize naturally.

  • 1 liter of still water (or filtered water)
  • 1 organic lemon, sliced into rounds
