How to Properly Prepare the Tea

Ingredients for the mixture:

  • 2 tablespoons of milk thistle seeds (lightly crushed)
  • 2 tablespoons of dried dandelion leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of St. John’s Wort
  • 1 tablespoon of dried greater celandine

Preparation method for the mixture:

  1. Mix all the plants in a glass jar and store in a dark, dry place.
  2. From this mixture, use 1 tablespoon for 250 ml of boiling water.
  3. Cover and let steep for 10-12 minutes, then strain.

Consume 1-2 cups per day, preferably between meals, for a maximum of 14 days, followed by a break.
