Cold Maceration That Cleanses Blood Vessels (Recipe and Consumption)

More and more people are looking for natural solutions to maintain cardiovascular health, and among the most effective are cold macerations, traditional preparations that have regained the attention of researchers and herbalists for their remarkable effects on the circulatory system.

What is cold maceration?

Cold maceration is a preparation obtained by soaking plants in natural liquids (water, apple cider vinegar, 40% food alcohol, cold-pressed oils, etc.) without boiling, for a few days to a few weeks. This process allows the extraction of active principles without destroying them through heat, thus preserving their therapeutic properties in their pure form.

Recipe: Garlic, Lemon, and Ginger Maceration

This combination is known for its powerful blood vessel cleansing effect, reducing inflammation and improving circulation.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 2 lemons (with peel, well washed, preferably organic)
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger (4-5 cm), peeled and sliced
  • 500 ml of still water or spring water

  3. Blend gently, then pour in the water.
  4. Let it macerate in a glass jar in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
  5. Strain and store the liquid in a dark-colored bottle.

Consumption Method:

  • Take 50 ml in the morning on an empty stomach for 3 weeks.
  • Take a 7-day break, then the treatment can be repeated.

What do the specialists say?

Dr. Anca Dragomir, herbal medicine physician:
Garlic is known for its ability to lower LDL cholesterol levels and maintain the elasticity of blood vessels. In combination with ginger and lemon, a synergistic preparation is obtained, with very strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.

Prof. Dr. Lucian Punescu, researcher in integrative medicine:
There is already sufficient scientific evidence supporting the effectiveness of these ingredients in preventing atherosclerosis. Studies published in journals show how garlic extracts significantly reduce the formation of fat plaques in arteries.
