Cold temperatures can lead to imbalances, and hands and feet may suffer as a result.
Regardless of where you are during the winter holidays, if you tend to have cold extremities, such as hands and feet, you can turn to garlic tincture.
Here’s how to prepare it
Chop a whole bulb of garlic finely and let it macerate in 400 ml of alcohol for five days in the dark. Consume 20-30 drops of this tincture mixed with 50 ml of water or milk, half an hour before meals. The treatment is continued until the entire prepared mixture is finished.
Other tricks
Horseradish syrup is perfect for people who have cold hands and feet. Just mix a glass of horseradish root with two liters of hot water. Let it infuse for 24 hours and strain. This infusion is mixed with honey.
Consume a tablespoon two or three times a day, 30 minutes before meals, until the entire quantity is finished.
An infusion made from 50 grams of crushed roots and leaves in one liter of water is also good in this case. Boil for two minutes and let it infuse for another ten minutes. Consume three cups a day.
