Rheumatism is not a condition that only affects the elderly, as commonly believed. Pain often occurs, especially in cold seasons, due to exposure to cold or humidity.
However, there is a simple and effective way to get rid of rheumatism. Did you know that thyme works wonders in such cases?
This plant improves blood circulation and effectively soothes pain. Here’s what you need to do to relieve rheumatism:
1. Make warm compresses with gauze and thyme, apply them to the areas where you feel pain, and let them act for 30 minutes.
Repeat the procedure whenever you feel pain. You will notice that, at some point, the pain will no longer appear.
2. Buy thyme oil and in the evening, before bed, massage it into the areas where you have issues.
3. Drink thyme tea twice a day. It works wonders against rheumatism! Boil 250 ml of water, and when it reaches a boil, add a tablespoon of thyme leaves, then let it steep for 10 minutes. Strain the infusion and consume it. If you want to change its taste, you can add a little honey and lemon juice.
