CTIN Powder with HONEY – An Exceptional ENERGY BOOSTER

An excellent combination of superfoods that we can prepare ourselves and consume especially in the cold season is CTIN with honey.
Unlike the traditional preparation, which is made from macerated CTIN fruits in honey, this one uses CTIN powder, which blends better with honey.

CTIN powder can be obtained from some health food stores, but it is more commonly found online.
CTIN Powder
The powder is obtained by grinding dried CTIN fruits naturally. From 6 kg of CTIN, about 1 kg of powder is produced.
This preparation helps strengthen the immune system. It has tonic and energizing effects, which is why it is recommended to be consumed in the first part of the day.
Honey with CTIN
CTIN has anti-inflammatory, antibiotic, nutritious, and healing properties. This paste can be useful for people suffering from:

CTIN Powder with Honey in a Jar
Any type of honey can be used. If the honey is crystallized or too solid, it can be warmed for a few seconds in a water bath to become liquid and easier to mix with the CTIN powder.
Fill a glass jar a quarter or halfway with CTIN powder and gradually add the liquid honey, mixing until a homogeneous paste is obtained, with the desired consistency, either thicker or more liquid.
It has a very pleasant sweet-sour taste and a consistency similar to that of jam.
You can take 1 tablespoon, 1-3 times a day. It has extraordinary vitaminizing and immune-stimulating effects. It can also be used as a sweet paste for pancakes or other homemade desserts.
