Essential Oils for Perfect Skin

For centuries, people have used essential oils to maintain health and treat various ailments and conditions. These botanical extracts can be used in a variety of ways, but because they are so concentrated and powerful, they should always be diluted in a carrier oil or by adding other ingredients such as clay, charcoal, or shea butter.
Lavender
This essential oil helps heal skin irritations and can be used for all skin types. It can clean cuts and scrapes and also soothes irritated skin.
Ylang-ylang
The essential oil of ylang-ylang is excellent for treating oily or acne-prone skin while promoting cell growth and fighting the effects of aging.
Lemongrass
Acne and large pores can be difficult to treat, and lemongrass oil is very effective for both conditions. It can also be used as an astringent skin toner and is great for evening out skin tone.
Tea Tree
The uses of tea tree essential oil are numerous. Some of them include antifungal and antibacterial properties. This means it is a perfect choice for acne-prone and oily skin. Tea tree oil can treat minor cuts and scrapes.
Frankincense
This oil is recommended for mature skin that has issues with elasticity, firmness, and regeneration. It can help fade pigmentation spots.
Chamomile
Chamomile essential oil can treat a variety of skin conditions: cracks, acne, eczema, inflammation, sensitive skin, and rosacea.
Geranium
Geranium essential oil is very versatile: it is regenerating and anti-aging but also suitable for oily/mixed skin with acne tendencies, as it balances sebum production.
Orange
Orange stimulates collagen production, tones, and firms the skin. It is suitable for mixed skin types.

Dry Skin: lemon, jasmine, patchouli, Roman chamomile, rose, ylang-ylang, mandarin, castor;
Sensitive Skin: jasmine, geranium, lavender, castor;
Wrinkles: lemon, patchouli, ylang-ylang, castor;
Acne: lemon, lemongrass, patchouli, Roman chamomile, rose, tea tree, lavender, castor;
Oily Skin: lemon, lemongrass, patchouli, Roman chamomile, tea tree, ylang-ylang, castor.
How to Use:
In a large bowl of warm water, add 5 drops of essential oil, soak a small clean towel in the water, wring it out, and place it on your face. Leave it on for 15 minutes.
Add 2 drops of essential oil to your favorite face mask, whether homemade or not.
Add essential oil to your face cream, 10 drops for 40 g of product.
For the whole body, add 15 drops of essential oil to a hot bath before bathing.
Essential oils can be purchased from natural product stores or specialized online shops.
