Bay Leaves and Mullein to Stop Hair Loss and Strengthen Hair: Recipe and Usage

You will need bay leaves, mullein, and water to stop hair loss and strengthen your hair.
The main factors contributing to hair loss in men include heredity, hormonal activity, and aging.
Hair loss in women is not as extensive as in men and most often occurs in connection with hormonal fluctuations.
Women often experience hair loss during pregnancy and after childbirth, when hair loss is normal, or during menopause. All women face some degree of hair thinning as they age.
Almost all of us fear hair loss. It is perfectly normal for hair to fall out; this is a natural process of change where old hair falls out and new hair begins to grow. However, you should definitely be concerned when you start to bald.
But what should you do if you are indeed losing more hair than you would like? Try this recipe forgotten by our grandmothers.

We will need just 3 ingredients:
3 tablespoons of crushed bay leaves (if we are making a larger volume of solution, we do not need to crush the leaves),
3 tablespoons of dried mullein flowers,
200 ml of water.
Preparation method
Let the water boil, and immediately after boiling, add the bay leaves and mullein to it.
Let it steep for at least 3 hours. After steeping, pour the solution into a bottle.
Usage method
Massage the solution well into the roots of the hair 2-3 times a week. The hair should be dry.
Do not rinse the solution with water; instead, leave it on for as long as possible, even until the next day if you use it in the evening.
