We need:
1 tablespoon of turmeric, 200 g of onion, pieces of ginger about 2 to 3 cm from the root, 200 g of honey, 0.5 liters of water.

Preparation and usage:
Let the water boil and add the sliced onion, grated ginger, and turmeric.
Cook on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, then strain the liquid and let it cool.
Only when it is slightly warm, mix in the honey and prepare the syrup, then store it in the refrigerator.
Take 2 tablespoons of syrup in the morning on an empty stomach and 2 tablespoons in the evening before bed.
It is advisable to take the syrup for at least a week, ideally even longer, depending on the condition of the lungs.
For cough, you can also add the syrup to tea and enhance the healing effect by adding lemon.
