Natural Facial Mask Recipe for a Clear and Healthy Skin

Most facial masks contain clay as a main ingredient. Clay attracts toxins, chemicals, and even heavy metals. It helps oxygenate cells and has an alkalizing effect. It is rich in beneficial minerals such as magnesium and calcium. When mixed with antibacterial ingredients, clay creates a mask that can be safely and effectively used to maintain healthy skin.

Mix the clay and yogurt (do not use a metal bowl when working with clay). Apply to the face and wait for 10-15 minutes. To remove the mask, rinse your face with warm water.
