Traditional Transylvanian Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 10 green walnuts (with soft husk)
  • 500 g raw honey, polyfloral or lime
  • A glass jar with a lid

Preparation method:

  1. Wash the green walnuts well and cut them into quarters, including the husk.
  2. Place them in the jar, then pour the honey over them until they are completely covered.
  3. Leave the jar to macerate for 10 days in a cool, dark place, shaking gently daily.
  4. After 10 days, the mixture is ready for consumption, but it becomes even more effective after 3-4 weeks.

Administration Method

Take one tablespoon in the morning, on an empty stomach, for 2-3 weeks. In case of gastric issues, it can also be taken before lunch. For children over 7 years old, the dose is reduced to 1 teaspoon, once a day. It is recommended to take a 2-week break after each 3-week course.


Contraindications

  • Contraindicated for individuals with a nut or bee product allergy.
