Maria Treben’s Remedy for Rheumatic Pain and Joint Issues: Authentic Recipe and Original Recommendations

Bone and joint pain can occur with age, after physical exertion, or exposure to cold. Maria Treben believed in the healing power of plants and recommended comfrey and cabbage as two miraculous remedies for rheumatic pain and joint trauma.
These plants work synergistically: comfrey regenerates tissues, while cabbage extracts inflammation.

Original Recommendations by Maria Treben

Comfrey has a wonderful ability to regenerate tissues and bones. With poultices and ointments made from this plant, rheumatic pain is alleviated and bones heal.

Cabbage leaves are a blessing for painful and swollen joints.
