Recipe from Dandelion Leaves for Blood Purification

Every spring, nature offers us remedies with extraordinary purifying power. Among the most effective are dandelion leaves, an apparently modest ingredient but with great detoxifying power. Used since ancient times for blood purification, dandelion is now recognized by modern medicine for its beneficial properties on the liver, kidneys, and lymphatic system.

Recipe: Juice from Fresh Dandelion Leaves

Ingredients:

  • 1 handful of fresh dandelion leaves (picked from clean, unpolluted areas)
  • 1 glass of still water (or spring water)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
  • Juice from 1 lemon (to stabilize vitamin C)

Preparation Method:

  1. Wash the leaves well under cold running water.
  2. Put them in a blender along with the water and lemon juice.
  3. Blend until you obtain a homogeneous liquid.
  4. Strain and consume immediately on an empty stomach.

Duration of the cure: 7-10 consecutive days in the morning, with a break of 2 weeks, then it can be resumed.

Benefits: How Dandelion Leaves Affect the Blood

Dandelion leaves are extremely rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, iron, potassium, magnesium, flavonoids, inulin, and bitter compounds. These compounds stimulate:

  • Liver and gallbladder detoxification: by increasing bile secretion and eliminating metabolic waste;
  • Blood filtration of toxins: due to the strong diuretic effect, which supports the kidneys in waste elimination;
  • Improvement of blood circulation and oxygenation: through a high intake of antioxidants and easily assimilable iron;
  • Reduction of chronic inflammation and water retention: by alkalizing the body and reducing uric acid.

Contraindications

  • People with gallstones, active gastric ulcers, or hyperacidity should avoid this cure.
  • Not recommended in the case of treatments with diuretics or anticoagulants, without medical advice.
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a specialist.
