The famous bioenergetic therapist Lidia Fecioru recently revealed a simple natural remedy that slows down the aging process, helps the heart, and gets rid of cramps.
It is about the miracle tea made from onion and garlic peels, which you can prepare quickly at home.
I always say not to throw away onion and garlic peels. What do we do with them? We make tea. Every day we drink a cup of tea.
How do we make a simple tea? We can also use onion peels. We keep them dried, put them in a jar, crush them well, so we can add them to the tea and strain it. We drink one cup of tea a day.
This onion peel tea is a miracle. It is an antioxidant, improves the function of capillaries, stops the aging process, and fights cancer cells very well, meaning we can drink it preventively to avoid this disease.
The explanation is that these onion skins contain a very good substance that helps those who have retinal detachment, also nourishes the heart muscle, and helps those who have cramps at night.
So, do not throw away the onion peels after cooking. Put the dried ones in a container, and when you have time, boil them and let them sit. When needed, make a tea, as explained by bioenergetic therapist Lidia Fecioru on the show Hidden Truths.
Why do cramps occur?
Cramps are muscle spasms manifested as continuous, involuntary, painful contractions of a whole muscle group, a single muscle, or selected muscle fibers. Generally, this type of cramp is most often located in the legs (calves) and thighs, lasting from a few minutes to a few seconds.
Along with the intense pain, hard swellings may appear at the level of the affected muscle. Cramps can also occur in the abdominal wall, arms, palms, or soles. They occur due to a deficiency of minerals in the body (calcium, magnesium, potassium) or as a result of overexertion of the affected muscle, especially in athletes, where cramps occur during physical exercise.
Additionally, the cause can be a muscle injury, but also dehydration, which occurs especially during the summer, on hot days, or in cases of fever and diarrhea, which involve excessive loss of fluids from the body, including minerals and electrolytes that support muscle activity.
