Ingredients

  • 350 g of garlic
  • 24 lemons

Preparation method

Peel the garlic and pass it through an electric juicer to extract the juice.

If you don’t have such a device at home, crush it using a garlic press, meat grinder, or food processor.

Then place the garlic paste in a cheesecloth and squeeze out the juice.

Squeeze the juice from the lemons and mix it with the garlic juice.

Store the obtained liquid in a bottle in the refrigerator.

Administration method

The treatment is administered in the evening.

A little while before bedtime, take 1 tablespoon of the garlic and lemon juice.

After that, consume a glass of kefir, natural yogurt, or buttermilk.

The treatment ends when you have finished the entire quantity of juice.

Foods that help detoxify the body

The blood is the lifeblood that nourishes the entire organism. It transports various vital substances in the body, such as nutrients, oxygen, hormones, or immune cells.

This is why it is important for the blood to be as clean as possible, and the blood flow as smooth as possible.

This can be achieved through a healthy diet, physical activity, and a balanced lifestyle.

God has endowed the human body with an amazing ability to cleanse, regenerate, and heal itself.

The main detoxifying organs that help cleanse the blood are the liver and kidneys.

These filter, break down, and eliminate toxins and waste from the body.

Therefore, to have healthy blood, it is important for the detoxifying organs to function optimally.

Regarding diet, we should eat as naturally as possible.

There are several foods that stimulate liver and kidney detoxifying functions, thus helping to eliminate waste from the blood.

Water is undoubtedly the best cleanser, both for the skin and for the internal systems and organs.

For the kidneys to function optimally, we need to hydrate properly.

Water keeps blood vessels dilated and ensures smooth blood circulation.

Eat cruciferous vegetables: cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, radish, kohlrabi. These contain substances involved in the detoxification phases of the body.

They are rich in antioxidants and anticancer compounds.

Blueberries are also a rich source of antioxidants. They protect liver cells.

Cranberries provide benefits for the urinary tract, preventing the attachment of bacteria and the occurrence of urinary infections.

Grapefruit, like berries, has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and hepatoprotective effects.

The humble apple is included in various detox recipes due to the soluble fibers it contains. Pectin, in particular, helps regulate blood sugar, eliminate excess cholesterol, and protect the kidneys.

Coffee, although not a hydrating liquid, is beneficial for the liver. Studies suggest that it reduces the risk of cirrhosis and liver cancer.

Coffee should not replace water.

Garlic is endowed with anti-inflammatory, anticancer, and antibiotic properties; it is a superfood that should be consumed as often as possible.

It protects blood vessels and the cardiovascular system.

Fatty fish is rich in Omega-3, fats that reduce triglycerides and blood pressure.

There are also herbs or spices that have purifying and diuretic properties and can contribute to cleansing the body.

Ginger, green tea, parsley, burdock, dandelion, and nettle are a few examples in this regard.

Attention! Do not exceed the recommended doses. Do not follow this treatment if you have gastric issues or sensitivity.
