Castor oil and pumpkin seeds are used in natural medicine for treating constipation and intestinal worms.
When used in combination, they yield better results, especially in the case of intestinal infestations.
Castor Oil: A Remedy for Intestinal Parasites
Castor oil stimulates intestinal peristalsis and produces a strong laxative (purging) effect. Pumpkin seeds are anti-helminthic and anti-parasitic.
Prof. Dr. Constantin Pravu cites the use of castor oil for intestinal evacuation. He recommends a single dose of 20-50 g of castor oil per day for adults.
The dose for children will be calculated based on age. Dr. Pravu recommends 2 g for each year of life. For example, a 10-year-old child would receive 20 grams.
How to Perform the Parasite Cleanse
The cleanse with pumpkin seeds and castor oil can be followed by both adults and children.
Every morning, consume 150-250 grams of raw pumpkin seeds. These should be chewed well and then swallowed with water.
After 1-2 hours, take 1-2 tablespoons of castor oil. A laxative tea can also be consumed. This regimen should be followed for 3-5 consecutive days. If unsuccessful, it can be repeated.
The recommended amount of pumpkin seeds for school-aged children is 100 grams, while for younger children, it is 50 grams.
Castor Oil Cleanse for Constipation
It is recommended to consume a tablespoon of castor oil in the morning on an empty stomach. The cleanse lasts a maximum of 3 days. To make the taste easier to tolerate, you can mix the castor oil with a little orange juice.
