Preparation Method

Administration Method
If you are dealing with intestinal gas or bloating after eating, it is advisable to drink fennel and anise tea after main meals.
You can drink 2-3 cups of tea per day. The tea can be consumed daily, but not for more than 2 consecutive weeks.
