These Dried Fruits Lower Blood Sugar by Approximately 20% in Less Than an Hour, Scientifically Proven

Additionally, compared to participants who ate packaged snacks, those who ate raisins experienced a 19% reduction in blood sugar and a 0.12% reduction in HbA1c, says nutritionist Igor Strokov.
