Most symptoms of lung cancer are similar to those of other less serious illnesses, and doctors warn that although the initial signs of the disease may seem harmless, a specialized medical consultation is necessary.
Many people do not show signs until the disease is advanced, but some have symptoms in the early stages. For those who exhibit symptoms, it may be just one or a few of them, according to specialists.
Smokers and even those who have quit smoking should understand that their lungs are filled with tar and nicotine. Ideally, the first thing you should do is quit smoking, as tobacco smoke and nicotine severely damage the lungs, and this damage is irreversible. However, a remedy will help you not only cleanse your lungs of nicotine and tar but also avoid other complications.
To prepare this remedy, the following ingredients are needed:
a root of ginger (approximately 2.5 cm)
2 tablespoons of turmeric
400 g of sugar or honey
400 g of onion
1 liter of water
Preparation and Administration Method
Boil the water and add the sugar. If you want to use honey, then it should be added at the end. Then grate the ginger root, chop the onion finely, and add them to the boiling water. When the water boils again, reduce the heat and add 2 tablespoons of turmeric powder.
Then let the mixture simmer on low heat until the quantity is reduced by half. Strain the resulting mixture and pour it into a jar. Allow it to cool and then store the jar in the refrigerator.
Take 2 tablespoons of this remedy twice a day: in the morning on an empty stomach and in the afternoon or evening.
Health Benefits
Ginger has been used in folk medicine for thousands of years and can prevent mucus accumulation in the lungs.
Turmeric is also a popular ingredient due to its powerful antiviral, antibacterial, and antiseptic properties. It combats inflammation and purifies the blood.
Onion is extremely effective in preventing respiratory infections. Like garlic, it has strong anticancer properties, which is why it is often used to treat malignant tumors.
