More and more people are complaining about constipation, slow digestion, bloating, intestinal gas, abdominal distension, and other issues in this area.
It is clear that something is not right in the intestines. To correct this, we should take a dietary break for a few days.
Many health issues are linked to intestinal health. It is often said that disease begins in the stomach and death in the colon.
The intestines directly or indirectly dictate mental health, immunity, and overall well-being.
Thorough cleansing of the intestines is the first step in the detoxification and healing process.
We Cannot Heal Any Illness Without Cleansing the Intestines
About 90% of the factors that lead to illness in the body are related to an intoxicated colon, says therapist Oana Pop.

3-Day Detoxification Cleanse
In a free webinar published on a platform, Oana Pop provides various recommendations regarding colon detoxification.
One of them involves following a simple dietary regimen. It is a 3-day mono-diet that consists of consuming a specific food throughout the day.
Day 1: KEFIR
On the first day of this diet, only kefir will be consumed. Ideally, you should use kefir obtained from Tibetan mushrooms, meaning the real kefir, not the store-bought version.
The amount of kefir to be consumed on day 1 of the cleanse is 2 liters.
The 2 liters of kefir should be divided into 4 equal portions, which will be consumed throughout the day. Here’s how the actual menu looks:
Breakfast: 500 ml of kefir
Snack: 500 ml of kefir
Lunch: 500 ml of kefir
Dinner: 500 ml of kefir
No other food should be consumed on this day, except for kefir. This beverage is both nourishing and hydrating, so you won’t feel hungry.
Day 2: APPLE JUICE
On the second day of the diet, only apple juice will be consumed. This should be freshly prepared at home using a slow juicer. Centrifugal juicers are not the best option, but use what you have.
Do not consume store-bought apple juice, which is pasteurized and contains sugar, additives, or preservatives.
As with kefir, the recommended amount is 2 liters. This will be divided into 4 meals of 500 ml of apple juice each. Nothing else.
Day 3: SALADS
On the last day of the diet, vegetables will be introduced, which should be consumed raw.
Throughout the day, only vegetables should be eaten, which can be served as they are or in the form of salads. Feel free to combine several vegetables if you wish.
Do not add too much oil or spices. Keep the recipe as simple as possible. If you can avoid oil altogether, that’s even better. You can add parsley, dill, basil, thyme, etc.
It is mandatory that the vegetables are raw. No fruits are allowed on this day, only vegetables.
Day 4: RETURNING TO NORMAL DIET
Even though the diet ends on day 3, it is important to gradually return to a normal diet.
Therefore, on day 4, it is advisable to consume liquid food.
The best choices are soups and broths, even cream soups. It is important that the food is light. Later, you can transition to a regular diet.
Try this cleanse! You will see the immense benefits you will experience after these three days and how good you will feel in just three days.
It is not difficult to follow. It is inexpensive and has numerous positive effects. It is well tolerated by most people.
If you have serious intestinal diseases and cannot tolerate apple juice or raw vegetables, do not follow this diet.
