Autumn is the season when we prepare for the cold months, and boosting immunity through natural methods is very important.
Nutritionists recommend that foods rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals should not be missing from the diet to ensure the body’s vitality and its ability to fight against the bacteria and viruses that frequently circulate in the autumn and winter months.
One such antidote for seasonal respiratory infections is an autumnal smoothie, made from the fruits of this transitional season.

  • 1 kg pears

Subsequently, blend the entire mixture until you obtain a tasty and effective remedy for boosting immunity.
Warning Signs of a Weakened Immune System
Signs of a weakened immune system include: fatigue, frequent infections, inflammations, a high frequency of colds, wounds that heal slowly, and chronic diarrhea.
Doctors say that each year, children can develop between 4 and 12 episodes of acute respiratory infections, most commonly involving rhinitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, viral or bacterial infections that can extend and complicate through inflammation of the middle ear (otitis) or sinuses (sinusitis).
Bronchitis and, more seriously, pneumonia are also concerning. Therefore, it is recommended to have regular preventive check-ups, as well as to take vitamins upon the doctor’s advice.
