4-5 slices of ginger root

1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
300 ml of boiling water
1 lemon
Preparation Method

Slice the ginger root. Place the slices in a glass jar. Add the fennel seeds, turmeric powder, and boiling water. Cover and let the ingredients steep for 15-20 minutes.

Then strain the tea and squeeze in the juice of a quarter of a lemon. Mix and consume the tea warm. You can sweeten it with a little honey if desired, but the fennel seeds already provide a sweet aroma.

Along with this tea, which you can drink regularly, you should also invest in a higher quality diet.

Other Solutions to Avoid Bloating

Avoid consuming processed foods that are high in sugar, salt, and fats. Chew each bite of food 20-30 times before swallowing. This will ease the digestive processes.
