Birch sap (Betula pendula), also known as the spring elixir, has been collected by people since ancient times and consumed fresh for blood purification and toxin elimination. This sweet plant water, obtained directly from the trunk of the tree, has been valued in Nordic, Russian, and Romanian folk medicine for its detoxifying and revitalizing effects.

  • Should not be consumed in large quantities by individuals with renal insufficiency without medical advice
  • Fresh sap should be consumed within 2-3 days or stored in the refrigerator (maximum 5 days)
