Monastic shampoo made from natural ingredients for oily hair, dandruff, and seborrheic dermatitis. It is a true blessing for hair and scalp

The dermato-cosmetic products we find in supermarkets and pharmacies do not always meet the needs of our body. Let’s admit it! Many people choose such products based on a single criterion: the scent.
Monastic shampoo made from natural ingredients, an old recipe. Of course, this aspect should not be neglected, as who doesn’t like to feel a pleasant scent around them? But at the same time, it would be good to think about the health of our skin or hair.
100% natural hygiene products do not always have a pleasant scent; in the best case, they are odorless. But they are much healthier and do much more good for our body than those from the market. Not to mention the price.
In the following lines, we present the recipe for the shampoo of monk Daniel, which helps effectively eliminate dandruff, combat dermatitis, and is also beneficial for oily hair. The shampoo is prepared from 100% natural ingredients, and its goal is to restore healthy and beautiful hair.
Monastic shampoo for oily hair, dandruff, and dermatitis.
The shampoo prepared by the monk combines the benefits of rice water with those of flax seeds, known for their nourishing and repairing properties.
Rice water has been used for centuries by Asian women to achieve healthy and shiny hair. In turn, flax seeds help reduce dandruff and soothe an irritated scalp.
Ingredients:

100 g rice
500 ml water
250 ml rice water
3 tablespoons flax seeds
25 g natural soap
Preparation method
For the rice water, soak the rice overnight in water, and we only use the water, which is enriched with these minerals and vitamins. We put the rice water on the heat, add the flax seeds, which contain Omega-3, Omega-6, and essential oils.
Let it boil until it reaches a boil, and when the water has boiled, let it simmer for 10 more minutes, so it has a more gelatinous consistency. The mixture is then left to cool.
After boiling, we start to strain it. To make the shampoo foam a little, we also add grated natural soap. The gel is diluted with a little water.
How to use the monastic shampoo for optimal results
To give the shampoo a fragrance, we can also add a few drops of essential oil.
For healthy hair, you can also use it as a body wash gel. So after applying your usual shampoo, apply a handful of flax conditioner on your head and let it act for 10 minutes, gently massaging the scalp. Then rinse and do not wash again.
The mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for a week or two. It is recommended to use it twice a week to get rid of dermatitis, dandruff, oily hair, nourish the hair, and maintain it. It is a complex natural treatment for hair, says monk Daniel.
