  3. Place the jar in a pot of warm water (bain-marie) for 2 hours on low heat, without letting it boil.
  4. Let it macerate for 35 days in a warm, dark place, shaking daily.
  5. Strain through double cheesecloth and store the oil in a dark glass container in a cool place.
