Only fried potatoes in oil should be condemned. Potatoes cooked in their skins or boiled and consumed only with vegetables and olive oil cannot harm you.

Fresh potato juice is actually beneficial for digestive ailments. It contains a unique antibacterial molecule that can treat ulcers and destroy harmful bacteria in the stomach. Additionally, it treats gastric acidity, heals, and soothes the digestive mucosa.

Besides ulcers, potato juice can also help with constipation, gout, rheumatism, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and strengthen the body’s immunity, helping it fight against liver diseases due to its high vitamin C content.

For the juice that helps with stomach ailments, you need: potatoes to obtain a quarter cup of juice, three-quarters of a cup of water, a few tablespoons of lemon juice, and a tablespoon of honey. Mix the ingredients and drink this juice in the morning on an empty stomach.

Try to change your lifestyle a bit and exercise for at least 30 minutes each day to relieve constipation and gas; do not eat too much in the evening before bedtime, and chew each bite well.
