The Tea That Helps You Get Rid of Sinus Infections, Flu, and Streptococcus – Benefits and Recipe

For centuries, oregano has been used as a natural remedy due to its powerful antioxidants like thymol and other phytonutrients that have the ability to revitalize and protect damaged cells. The DNA membrane is affected by free radicals, which largely contribute to the development of many chronic diseases.
Oregano has many beneficial properties, containing vitamins and minerals such as potassium, zinc, calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamins A, C, and E, and Omega-3 fatty acids. Furthermore, it contains volatile oils that have strong antifungal, carminative, diuretic, and anti-malarial properties.
The constant multiplication of microorganisms in the body is inhibited by the strong antiseptic properties of oregano, thus alleviating the symptoms of sinusitis, infections, and streptococcus.
Additionally, oregano extract has the ability to kill cancer cells, reduce their growth, and improve cancer indicators.

To breathe easier, place 90 ml of water and 15 drops of essential oil of your choice (lemon, mint, oregano, or tea tree oil) in a container. The mixture is stored in a jar kept in a cool, dry place.
To clear the nose and relieve sinus pain, open the jar and inhale a few times. This can be repeated until the sinuses heal completely.
