This medicinal tea will heal your liver, help you lose weight, and calm your nerves – recipe + other benefits

How can you help many health issues with this tea, which is not only useful but also delicious? You will need chicory, cinnamon, and honey.
With the help of these ingredients, you can prepare a healing brew that will allow you to lose weight (due to its diuretic properties), normalize sleep, improve liver and pancreas functions, reduce inflammation, and enhance the state of intestinal microflora.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of chopped chicory root,
1 tablespoon of cinnamon,
0.5 liters of water,
2 tablespoons of natural honey.
Preparation method:
Chicory (root, either dried or fresh) is added to water and turned into tea. If the chicory root is fresh, boil it a little longer. If it is dried, prepare it like regular tea.
Boil the mixture (with fresh root) for 10 minutes. While it is boiling, take it off the heat and add the cinnamon. Let it cool and strain through a sieve.
Add the honey. Drink 100 ml of tea half an hour before meals.
Helps with weight loss
The tea has a beneficial effect on liver steatosis as well as improving the condition of diabetes, especially type 2.

Improves liver function
It can be used for conditions such as fatty liver, recovery after hepatitis, removal of the gallbladder, or overproduction of bile.
Reduces inflammation
Chicory has a high content of polyphenols, which give its root a strong antibacterial effect, helping to reduce inflammation. This tea is recommended for people suffering from osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and others.
Normalizes intestinal flora
Chicory root contains high doses of inulin, which acts as a powerful prebiotic, meaning it serves as food for beneficial intestinal bacteria. This action also supports the immune system.
Inulin supports intestinal functions, improves digestion, and prevents gastrointestinal issues.
On the other hand, the prebiotic effect of inulin from chicory inhibits the growth of potentially pathogenic microorganisms residing in the intestinal tract.
If consumed for at least 3 months, the tea helps with insomnia, alleviates nervous tension, and improves performance during the day.
