Valeriu Popa: Pure blood heals everything! How to eliminate toxins quickly and naturally

Valeriu Popa, who lived from 1924 to 1997, is remembered as a remarkable healer in Romania. He paved the way for natural medicine and bioenergetics in our country.

Under the guidance of the great Valeriu Popa, countless individuals who found no hope in traditional medicine managed to heal.

Before diving into the topic of blood purification, let’s first understand the unique role that blood plays in maintaining the proper functioning of our body. This will help you see how important it is to detoxify it.

What is blood made of?

Blood circulates through our body in blood vessels, and its main components are water, cells, proteins, and fats.

The role of blood in the body

Blood is responsible for supplying oxygen and nutrients to our cells, allowing them to release energy and carry out the activities that keep us alive.

At the same time, blood collaborates with the lymphatic system to maintain a constant metabolic rate. It also helps transport hormones from one cell to another. Additionally, we cannot forget that our immune system relies on blood to function properly.

The amount of blood in the human body is approximately one-twelfth of our total weight, which means that a person weighing 80 kg has about 6 liters of blood.

What does blood purification therapy mean?

It involves the elimination of toxins from the body, starting at the cellular level to restore physical and mental health.

How can you do this? The biggest dangers are unhealthy fats, excessive alcohol, and smoking, all of which contribute to acidity in the body.

Therefore, try to quit smoking and reduce your consumption of alcohol and fried foods. Instead, focus on alkalizing your diet with fresh fruits and vegetables, enjoy herbal teas, drink natural juices, and hydrate with pure water.
