Wild Garlic Tincture Recipe
The preparation method is as simple as it can be. In the recipe by biologist and scientific researcher Virginia Ciocan, lemon is used, but you can omit it.
Take a jar with a lid. Fill it three-quarters full with washed, well-drained, and finely chopped wild garlic leaves, just like you would with vegetables.

Add the fresh juice squeezed from 1 lemon and a little water. If the lemon is organic, cut it into cubes with the peel and add it to the jar over the wild garlic.

Mix, put the lid on, and let the plants macerate overnight until the next day (8-10 hours).

Then fill the jar with 70-degree food-grade alcohol, natural brandy, or plum brandy.

Stir with a wooden spoon and put the lid on. Let the plants macerate for 10 days, stirring daily with the spoon in the jar.

After the maceration period, strain the tincture and store it in dark brown bottles (dark-colored).

Take 1 tablespoon, 2-3 times a day. Treatment courses last 1-3 months.

This miraculous tincture is useful for all ailments for which wild garlic is recommended. Researcher Virginia Ciocan lists a plethora of diseases where wild garlic acts as a powerful remedy:
