Natural Methods for Achieving Glowing Skin
1. Rice and Sesame Scrub:
Soak equal amounts of rice and sesame seeds overnight.
Grind in the morning until you achieve a fine consistency.
Apply to the body and face and let it act for a minute or two.
Rinse with cold water.
While sesame nourishes and hydrates the skin, the rice grains will gently exfoliate.
2. For Spot Removal
Baking soda and lemon juice have whitening properties that help lighten and fade scars. They also help you achieve an even skin tone by removing dead skin cells.
You will need:
1 tablespoon of baking soda
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Method:
Mix the baking soda and lemon juice until you obtain a smooth paste.
Wash your hands and face.
Using a towel, remove excess moisture from your face, leaving it slightly damp.
Massage the paste onto areas affected by acne marks, dark spots, and pigmentation.
Let it act for about 1-2 minutes and rinse with warm water.
Rinse your face a second time with cold water and dry it with a clean towel.
Finish by applying a moisturizer, as baking soda can dry out the skin.
3. Milk:
Milk is another wonderful natural remedy for glowing skin.
Apply a very thin layer of low-fat milk to your face before bedtime.
Gently massage until the milk is completely absorbed by the skin.
Rinse your face with warm water the next morning.
Milk not only helps to clear dark spots on the face but also nourishes the skin while you sleep.

– Use a gentle exfoliant to cleanse your skin.
Remove all traces of makeup.
