Benefits and Mechanism of Action

Deep Detoxification through the Skin

Due to its rich content of salts and humic acids, the mud stimulates sweating, opens pores, and extracts toxins, heavy metals, and metabolic residues through the skin. It has a clear lymphatic drainage effect.

Anti-inflammatory and Pain-relieving

Applied externally, it acts through thermotherapy (the heat released by the mud penetrates deeply into tissues) and through the biological action of its compounds. It reduces inflammation in:

  • rheumatism
  • gonarthrosis
  • cervical spondylosis
  • lower back pain and sciatica

Skin Regeneration and Remineralization

The enzymes and microelements in the mud regenerate tissues, stimulate collagen production, and accelerate the healing of small lesions or irritations. It is effective in:

  • acne
  • dermatitis
  • psoriasis
  • dull complexion and tired skin

Relaxing and Balancing Effect

It has a neurotonic action that reduces mental tension, alleviates stress, improves sleep, and supports recovery in physical or mental exhaustion.

Effect on the Hormonal System

Studies have shown that the mud contains compounds with phytoestrogenic action, which can be useful in mild hormonal imbalances (e.g., menopause).
