LAUREL and TURMERIC the PERFECT combination for an ANTI-INFLAMMATORY TEA reduces joint pain and bloating, improves digestion

This anti-inflammatory tea recipe is recommended by Dr. Bruno Roman. It contains two ingredients known for their ability to reduce inflammation in the body.

Turmeric and laurel are particularly useful for joint pain caused by inflammation.
Laurel and turmeric tea can be consumed by individuals suffering from arthritis, rheumatism, or inflammatory bowel diseases.

Exclude pro-inflammatory foods from your diet

Dr. Bruno advises us to give up the consumption of bread if we have inflammation in the body. This food contains unhealthy fats, sugar, and a lot of gluten—a cocktail of substances that inflame the body, especially the intestines.

Anyone who wants to have optimal energy and a good state of health should reduce their intake of refined carbohydrates. This category includes everything that means pastries, starchy foods, and sugars.

Not only refined bread causes inflammation, but also processed vegetable oils rich in Omega-6. Particularly harmful are high-fructose corn syrup and palm oil, which are found in most food products in stores.

As a general tip, try not to buy anything processed or packaged. Cook your meals at home, and you will significantly improve your health.
